2.1 Upon receiving the placed order, an email notification will be sent out within 1 to 3 working days, confirming the order and stock availability. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it might have been caught in your spam filter.
2.2 For making amendment on a placed order, please contact us on email@example.com with your order details. But please note that we normally process our order within 24 hours, so make sure you contact us as soon as possible!
2.3 For order cancellation, providing that the order has not yet been processed and dispatched, the order can then be cancelled and refunded. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. For any dispatched orders, please refer to section 5 on return policy.
3.1 Free worldwide shipping.
3.2 Shipping times will be estimated on checkout.
3.3 If you wish to expedite your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
3.4 It takes between 1-3 days to process each order. Once processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent out along with a tracking reference number. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for details regarding our shipment. If you have not received a shipping notification, please check if it’s been caught by your spam filter.
3.5 Please note that our office hours are as followed: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following working day. Below is a list of upcoming public holidays in Hong Kong 2020:

3.7 Delays are sometimes inevitable, this may be due to custom clearance at destination, and VOID therefore holds no liability over delays. However, all shipments are insured at the expense .
3.8 Unclaimed orders – If our courier is unable to successfully deliver your package to you we will have to charge you for the shipping, taxes and handling fees. Remember that you will receive a tracking number and tracking information in your Shipping Confirmation. It is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery.
3.9 Rerouting Shipments – In most cases we are not able to redirect a shipment that has been dispatched to a different address but if the parcel has been sent with expedited shipping using a courier it might be possible to change the address for a fee determined by the courier. If you realise you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
4.1 For most problems, the issue may due to the battery defects. Before returning the watch, always have the watch checked at your local watch shop.
4.2 For other major defects, faulty goods are recommended to return.
4.3 Without proper tools and instructions, VOID do not recommend the customer to repair their own watches, as it may cause further damages.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
5.1 We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase(s)! If our products do not meet your expectations and you would like exchange or return your purchase, please fill in our return form here within 30 days from receiving the goods. Please note: We do not accept returns and exchanges for sale items.
5.2 All goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received and with the original packaging intact. Only the amount paid for the product(s) will be refunded in the manner in which you originally paid
5.3 At this time we do not provide pre-made shipping labels for returned and exchanged items.
5.4 For the return and exchange of VOID products purchased from other retailers, please contact them directly for their returning policy. We can not issue refunds on purchases made through other retailers.
6.1 The pricing and descriptions of products can be amended at any point without any notice being given.
6.2 Your purchase will be billed in US DOLLARS. Other currencies on the website are shown for reference only.
6.3 cyber-cases only cover taxes and duties to The EU, USA and Hong Kong and is not responsible for any local charges such as sales taxes, VAT, customs duty and any handling fees for orders shipped outside these regions. By purchasing an item on our website, customers agree to pay for any of these additional fees that are specific to their country.
7.1 All our timepieces and cufflinks are covered by a two-year worldwide warranty, from the date of purchase. Excluding select items where otherwise stated such as discontinued products or certain sale items. Note that our watch straps are not covered by the two year warranty.
7.2 The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. cyber-cases obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement at its option. The warranty may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme use such as a broken crystal or dented case.
7.3 The warranty excludes straps or bracelets and excessive wear or damages to the case, crystal or strap of a timepiece. cyber-cases is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece.
7.4 The warranty excludes batteries, due to time spent in warehousing and shipping, may be partially run down by the time of sale.
7.5 The buyer is required to produce a proof of purchase upon request.
